Who we are
TYVION operates this website to describe the company, its work, and its products. The contact form is the way visitors send an inquiry.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, business email, company name if you provide one, subject, inquiry category, and message you submit. The server may also record technical details needed to operate the site, such as the time of the request and the network address used to limit repeated submissions.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the form to build an advertising profile.
Who else receives it
When email delivery is configured, the inquiry is sent through an email provider so it can reach TYVION. A webhook, if one is configured, receives the same inquiry. Those providers process the message only to deliver it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business conversation, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your request
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent through the form by writing again through the contact page and saying so. We will do so unless we need to keep a record for a legal reason.
